  Don't be afraid tenants to stand up to these bullies. What's the worst that could happen, they take you to court. A very unlikely outcome. If it did go to court, they would be seen for the criminals that they are. Hence why they threaten but never go through with it.

  I found the two property managers Laura and Anna to be extremely rude, pushy and went to great devious lengths to extort money out of me.

  Rented a property for two years. Rent paid on time. House left clean and tidy. Have turned very unprofessional due to a mutual agreement with owners for early termination of lease by three weeks. PRDnationwide have committed several offences. Have been treated appallingly and bullied into paying extra money. Accussed of previous damage which was noted on entry condition report. I tried to communicate with property manager, won't listen, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never rent through PRD again and I strongly would not recommend to future tenants. I for one, will not tolerate being accused of damage that was already in the property. And I certainly will not stand for being bullied or the scare tactics they enforce upon you.

  Extortion is a criminal offence and the lengths of coercion they went to, just to try and obtain more money is highly illegal.
